"The meeting was well organized and its ability to hold 3 days testified that. Many meetings shrink or scale down to only webinar without in-person days and even need to cut down the duration of conference. The organizers are very warm, very accommodating. I wish to take part again next year. Please remember to invite me again and notify me of similar or related events."
Patricia Tai,University of Saskatchewean, Canada PRMWC 2025"This year’s Preventive Medicine World Conference (PMWC 2025) covered thirty areas of preventive medicine. Some branches of medicine had their own preventive medicine sessions (cardiology, dentistry, diabetology, psychiatry, vaccinology, paediatrics, internal medicine, geriatrics, infectiology, oncology, family medicine). It is certain that such a focus on prevention contributes to both the quality and quantity of prevention in targeted medical areas. Some sessions dealt with public, population and global health, or their prevention. There were sessions on public health policy, clinical preventive medicine, preventive medicine and behaviour or lifestyle. The organizers really managed to cover almost everything in preventive medicine. Particular interest is shown in the primordial prevention (elimination of risk factors) of malignant and chronic non-communicable diseases.
The methodology of urine screening for chemical carcinogens is presented. With this screening, it is possible to detect individuals with increased exposure to chemical carcinogens and consequently eliminate or reduce such exposure. If such a screening were to take off (cheap, easy to perform, accessible, non-invasive), it could save millions, perhaps tens of millions, of lives annually and globally. Research in this direction should certainly continue, and research on other screenings (colon cancer, pancreatic cancer) should be intensified. It would be trendy to have a screening session at the next Preventive Medicine Conference.."
Vladan Radosavljevic, Military Medical Academy, Serbia PRMWC 2025"I am grateful for the opportunity to participate in the Preventive Medicine World Conference 2025, which proved to be a highly organized and intellectually stimulating event. The conference featured a well-balanced program with a diverse range of speakers, topics, and research presentations that reflected the current trends and challenges in research. The sessions were insightful and thought-provoking, fostering meaningful discussions among participants. The virtual platform was user-friendly, and the coordination by the organizing team was commendable. The opportunity to present my research and engage with fellow professionals from various disciplines was truly rewarding. Thank you to the organizers for their dedication and for creating a collaborative and enriching environment. I look forward to attending future events."
