Biography
Stefan-Augustin Lazar is a Cluj-Napoca-based public-health researcher and dynamic person whose work bridges academia, civic innovation and youth empowerment. After earning his bachelor’s degree from Babeș-Bolyai University’s School of Public Health, dedicated time designing community-wellbeing programs across Cluj-Napoca. In 2023–24 he co-led OurCluj’s pioneering Wellbeing System Map, convening over forty local stakeholders to redefine youth services.
