Presentation Location:
The Preventive Medicine World Conference, hosted by Precision Global Conferences, will convene at the Millennium Hotel CDG, Paris. The session will begin promptly at 08:50 AM with an opening ceremony, followed by keynote presentations, speaker sessions, and poster presentations. Please ensure that you arrive at the meeting room before the conference begins.
Abstract Submission Guidelines:
- All participants are required to submit their abstracts electronically as an email attachment before the submission deadline. Abstracts submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
- Please include all relevant details such as the author's name, abstract title, author's email address, scientific session, and whether the presentation will be oral or poster.
- Abstracts should be submitted in clear, concise American English to allow the reviewers to focus on the scientific content.
- There is no limit to the number of abstracts an individual can submit.
- Each abstract must be submitted only once. Duplicate submissions under different author names or titles will not be considered.
- The submitted abstracts must not be under consideration for publication or presentation elsewhere, such as in other journals or conferences.
- An internal panel of reviewers will evaluate the abstracts.
Abstract Review and Selection:
- Abstracts must not exceed 250 words, including references.
- A multidisciplinary, international panel of experts will evaluate each submitted abstract. Reviewers will assess abstracts based on their areas of expertise and are expected to complete their evaluations within three days of receiving the submissions.
- After the review process, the conference administration will notify authors of the status of their abstract.
Speaker Guidelines:
- Each speaker is allocated a 20-minute slot. Please adhere to the time limit and conclude your presentation promptly.
- Presentations must be delivered in English.
- Presentation files should be submitted in PPT or PDF format. Ensure that PowerPoint slides are clear and easy to read.
- Speakers must submit their presentation files on a flash drive or pen drive 15 days before the conference.
- Before the session, please verify that your PowerPoint presentation functions correctly.
- The conference room will have a laptop, projector, slide pointer, and sound system. There is no need to bring your own laptop.
- Personal laptops are not permitted for presentations due to setup time requirements. In case of unforeseen circumstances, please contact the organizing team.
- Ensure that your presentation files are compatible with the conference system. If you have any questions, please get in touch with the support staff.
- For a smooth presentation, kindly follow the instructions from the organizing committee and be patient.
- To stay informed of any unforeseen changes, we kindly ask that all speakers be present at the conference from the beginning to the end of their respective sessions.
Poster Guidelines:
- As per the final program, posters must be mounted on the designated boards one hour before the start time of the poster session.
- Poster Dimensions: The display area for each poster is 1 meter wide by 1 meter high.
- All posters should be prepared in advance and brought to the conference by the presenters.
- On-site printing is not available; presenters should arrange printing in advance.
- Collect your poster by the end of the day; any posters left behind will be disposed of.
Virtual Presentation Guidelines:
- Virtual presentations allow participants to present from the comfort of their home or office without traveling.
- Registered participants will receive a meeting invite with a personalized user ID for webinar access a few days before the event.
- Please join the meeting 30 minutes early to minimize potential technical issues.
- Each speaker has 20-25 minutes for their presentation. We recommend allocating 17-19 minutes for the presentation, leaving time for introduction and Q&A at the end. Please start and finish on time as per the program schedule.
- If you are a virtual presenter, ensure that your presentation slides are open on your device when the meeting starts. You will need to share your screen to present your slides.
- If you prefer to submit a pre-recorded presentation instead of presenting live, please send the recorded video and your PowerPoint presentation at least 10 days before the event.
On-site Registration:
- Conference registration will begin at 08:00 AM on 17th October 2025 at the Millennium Hotel CDG, Paris.
- You will receive your conference badge, conference folder, abstract book, and conference program at the registration desk.
- Conference onsite coordinators will be available at the registration desk to assist with any questions.
- You will also receive vouchers for lunch at the registration desk. Please present your vouchers to the restaurant staff when collecting your lunch.

The recipient of the Best Poster Presentation award will receive a certificate recognizing their exceptional research and contribution to the advancement of preventive medicine.
How to Compete
All accepted presenters, whether submitting oral or poster presentations, will be automatically considered for these prestigious awards. A panel of expert judges will evaluate presentations based on the outlined criteria.
We encourage all participants to bring their best work forward for a chance to be recognized among the top contributors in the field. Winning either award is a distinguished honor that not only recognizes your research but also highlights your role in shaping the future of preventive medicine.
Certification:
- According to our records, all registered participants will receive a certificate containing their name and affiliation. If you have any changes or requests, please contact us at least one month before the conference.
- Certificates will be presented by the chair or co-chair of the session at the end of the conference.
- E-certificates will be emailed within 2-3 working days after the completion of the conference.
- Co-authors who are not registered for the conference are not eligible to receive a certificate
